Thank you for your interest in our English Springer Spaniels.  Here at Rustic Trail Springers, we don't take any deposits for unborn puppies.   However, we do have a waiting list.  If you are interested in aquiring one of our fine dogs, we will take your name, phone number and email address.  Once our pups are born, we will contact you and send you photos of our pups so you can choose. 

It is up to the purchaser to place a deposit on the puppy of their choice.  Puppies are placed only in approved homes and Rustic Trail Springers reserves the right to refuse placement of any of our dogs.

Deposits are non refundable, unless prior written arrangments have been made.

Our puppies are born in our home, raised in a loving, nurturing enviroment.  Puppies require lots of love and attention.  If you can not commit to devote the necessary time to raise a puppy, please reconsider your decision.  Puppies become dogs and are a lifetime commitment and not a disposable item.  Our contract requires the puppy/dog be returned to "Rustic Trail Springers" if for any reason you cannot keep him/her.  Our contract is legally binding.

We are happy to answer any of your questions.  We encourage potential puppy buyers to visit our home, see our dogs and ask any questions that you may have.  We choose not to ship our puppies.  Puppy owners must make arrangements to pick up their puppy.  Puppies are able to go to their new "forever homes" at 8 weeks of age.

All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, unless prior written arrangments have been made.  Please make sure you really want a puppy before committing to buy one.
